An Andover man who failed to provide a blood sample has been disqualified for six months.
Jordan Bannister, 27, of Stevens Road in Andover, was suspected of driving a Ford Fiesta on Rowan Road in Tadley on May 12 for which he was ordered to provide a blood sample.
However, he failed to provide the sample without any reasonable reasons.
Bannister was also charged with driving without third-party insurance.
He pleaded guilty to both charges.
On Thursday, June 20, Basingstoke Magistrates' Court disqualified Bannister from driving for six months.
He was also given a community order of 40 hours of unpaid work required to be completed within 12 months.
He should also pay £85 costs.
