AN ANDOVER-based project management consultancy has been shortlisted in the Hampshire Business Awards for 2024.

Shortlisted alongside just 14 other businesses across the county, Paul Winter Consulting Ltd (PWCL), based in East Street, is in with a shot at winning the Project Management Company of the Year Award as part of the Construction and Engineering Award category.
