MAGISTRATES have fined a man who was caught with cannabis in Andover.
Barry Parker was found with the Class B drug on January 6, this year. He pleaded guilty to the offence during a hearing at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on July 9.
The 36-year-old, whose address was given as Winchester prison, was fined £80.
Magistrates also ordered for the drug to be forfeited and destroyed.
