AN ANDOVER man who was caught drug driving has been disqualified from getting behind the wheel for 12 months.

Daniel Campos, of Fuller Way, was stopped on Smannell Road, on January 5, with 5.8 micrograms of Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) per litre of blood – the legal limit is two.

At Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on July 11, the 43-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence.

Along with the driving ban, Campos was fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 court costs, along with a £48 surcharge fee.
