AN ANDOVER man who failed to provide a specimen of breath for analysis while driving in Ludgershall has been disqualified from driving for three years.
Paul Dennis, 49, of Hogarth Court, was stopped on May 4 to investigate whether he had committed an offence.

He pleaded guilty to failing without reasonable excuse to provide specimen of breath for analysis.
On Monday, July 15, Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court disqualified him from driving for 36 months.
The court also ordered him to pay £200 fine, £85 costs, and £80 surcharge.
