DRIVERS in and around Andover will have four National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.
But drivers will be able to take some solace in the fact that all of them are only expected to cause slight delays, of under 10 minutes.
The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that four closures are due to start over the next two weeks:

• M3, from 6am August 8 to 6am August 9, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M3 southbound to M27 westbound, link road lane closure for technology work.
• A34, from 8pm August 9 to 6am September 4, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M3 southbound to A303 westbound, link road and lane closures for barrier work.
• A303, from 9pm August 13 to 6am August 14, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A303 westbound, Hundred Acre to Thruxton Village, Lane closures for maintenance work.
• A303, from 9pm August 15 to 6am August 16, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A303 eastbound, Overton, slip road and lane closures for maintenance work.
National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
