A NEW business based in Andover, has been awarded a business incentive grant of £750 by Test Valley Borough Council.
The Local Marketing Company, owned by Dmitrijs Meiksans, is already attracting new business mainly from referrals and word of mouth.
His selling point is his understanding of how a client business fits into and serves its local community. He also has some clients in Salisbury and is hoping to expand into Winchester.
