VIDOE games publisher Outright Games has donated equipment to Naomi House & Jacksplace hospices.
The company has generously gifted 80 video games, three consoles, and four adaptive controllers worth more than £3,500.
The adaptive controllers allow all hospice visitors, regardless of ability, to engage in video gaming.
Specialists at the hospices offer tailored activities for children and young adults and with the care team looking after their needs, families can concentrate on spending quality time together.

Stephanie Malham, managing director at Outright Games, said: "We're honoured to support Naomi House as their incredible work touches so many lives. We hope these games and consoles bring joy to the children, guests, families, and staff at the hospice. With our UK headquarters down the road in Lee-On-The-Solent we are practically neighbours, this is a small way for us to give back to our community and we look forward to finding other ways to continue supporting their excellent work."
Claire Potterton, activities team leader at Naomi House & Jacksplace, said: "It was brilliant to have Outright Games visit our hospices and to receive the donation of video games and consoles. Our play and activities team work hard to create special memories for the children, young adults and families who spend time at Naomi House & Jacksplace.
"Gaming is a really positive activity at the hospices, it can help children and young adults open up and talk while they're playing. With adaptive controllers the games become so much more accessible and this opens up even more opportunities for connection. It's also great fun for siblings, too!"
Chris Meany, supporter services advisor at Naomi House & Jacksplace, said: "Gaming is such an important hobby for so many of the children and young adults that visit Naomi House & Jacksplace. Granting freedom through independent gaming, whilst also allowing them to connect with friends. From our first exchange of emails with Outright Games, we knew their support would be special.
"Their generous donation of consoles and games was incredible to receive, and highlighted the importance of creating magical moments for the families we support. We are so very thankful for their generosity."
