A DEVELOPER building 102 homes in Andover has opened a show home and sales office.
Taylor Wimpey West London’s newest development, located in Smannell Road, Andover, will provide 102 two, three, four and five-bedroom homes.
Named The Forum, it is the final phase of Taylor Wimpey’s Augusta Park community.
As part of the official launch, a new sales office has been opened on site, with homebuyers encouraged to visit the Taylor Wimpey sales team and learn more about the homes that are available and the features of the wider development, as well as put any questions they have to them.

Visitors to The Forum can now also take a look around the Owlton show home and discover the three-storey living.

Most of the new plots at The Forum will include solar panels, electric car charging ports and triple glazing.

Drawing inspiration from its Roman roots, the name The Forum means a place of meeting and interaction.
The developer said residents will have access to an abundance of green open space.
Prices for a home at Taylor Wimpey’s The Forum, which features The Beaford, The Eynsford, The Owlton and The Densdale plot types, start from £310,000.
