An Andover man who fired an air pistol beyond his home premises and assaulted his neighbours before causing damages to their properties has been given a community order.
Jason Hyde, 53, of Genoa Court, pleaded guilty to firing an air pistol and causing damages to his neighbours properties on March 1.
This includes damaging two windows to the value of £153.26 and £95, a Citroen C4 to the value of £115, and a Caravan to the value of £500 to £1,200.
He also pleaded guilty to assaulting the owner of Citroen and one other person on the same day.
Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court ordered him to pay a total compensation of £695 for the damages he caused.
Hyde should also undertake an alcohol treatment programme for nine months. He should undertake 100 hours of unpaid work.
He should also pay £85 costs and £114 surcharge.
