ANDOVER Mind has announced the appointment of Judy Walker as interim CEO.
Judy is no stranger to Andover Mind, having previously served in the same role with the charity.
The board of trustees expressed their confidence in Judy, noting that her familiarity and extensive knowledge of the charity’s operations, culture, and mission made her the ideal candidate to guide the organisation during this period of change.
Judy is a seasoned leader in the charity sector, having previously held the position of CEO at both Carer Support Wiltshire and Age Concern Hampshire, and executive director at national Citizens Advice.

Commenting on her appointment, Judy said: “I am pleased to step back into the role of interim CEO at Andover Mind.
“Having worked closely with the team in the past, I am looking forward to contributing to the future sustainability and impact of the organisation. Andover Mind has a passionate workforce and I look forward to working together as we continue to support the mental health and wellbeing of the people who use our services.”
Judy began her role as interim CEO effective on August 19, ensuring that Andover Mind continues to deliver its vital services to those in need.
