An Andover landlord has shown support for a children's brass band by purchasing new music books.
Tim Abram, the landlord of The Andover Tap at The Lamb, in Winchester Street, has brought the books, called Easy Winners, for Test Valley Brass Frosty's Band.
Tim said: "We like to support local charities and try and help out with community events. We also have a few regulars that drink in the pub that play for Test Valley Brass Band."

The band said the books will be a 'valuable addition' for their rehearsals at John Hanson Community School, which take place on Thursday evenings.
Cecelia Aggett, who has just taken on the leadership of the Frosty's Band, said she is 'delighted' with the generous gift, which will also be used during individual lessons.
