Naomi House & Jacksplace, hospices for children and young adults in Sutton Scotney, will host a unique display of metal roses at the Winchester Refectory Courtyard.

Committed to their yearly tradition, they pay a peppercorn rent of 12 red roses, which inspired this creative endeavour.

This year, they collaborated with a local blacksmith from Southsea to craft the roses, with each one taking about 30 minutes to make.

Over 300 handmade roses, all created using locally sourced materials, will embellish the courtyard.

The talented local blacksmith, Lucille Scott from Little Duck Forge, graciously donated her time free of charge to support this campaign.

The event is free and encourages both locals and visitors to appreciate the display at Winchester Refectory Courtyard, SO23 9HE.
