A new pottery studio based in a village near Andover has been awarded a business incentive grant of £750 by Test Valley Borough Council.
Kate Scott opened ‘Primal Pottery’ at the Fairground Craft Centre in Weyhill after a career change from being a secondary school teacher.
Her new business centres around pottery classes and unique handmade pottery gifts.
Kate runs lessons in the daytime and on Thursday evenings with her pottery wheel classes proving to be very popular.
