A drug driver from Andover who was more than double the limit has been banned.
Ryan Zielinski, 40, of Bluebell Close, pleaded guilty to driving a Volkswagen Transporter on the A303 westbound on February 8, when the proportion of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood was 4.6mg.
The legal limit is 2mg.
Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court disqualified him from driving for 12 months. He should pay £675 fine, £270 surcharge and £85 costs.
