The owners of Bluestone Vineyard are to offer a series of tours and tastings at their vineyard at Cholderton, near Andover.

The newly created vineyard tour and tasting will offer the wine-curious a glimpse behind the scenes of the three-acre site.

Visitors will also have the option of a shorter ‘Sip and Stroll’ tour, to include a chance to taste two sparkling wines before heading off for a whistle-stop tour of the vineyards. The experience will begin in the Tasting Room, where guests will learn about the essential activities of the current growing season.

The tour is priced at £20 per person and can be booked via the website.

For those with more time, the Signature Tour & Tasting will highlight the growing season and how the owners combat the UK’s challenging climate to grow grapes for wines that compete on the world stage.

Visitors are also able to take a self-guided tour which highlights the vineyard, its rare breeds petting farm and woodlands.

Looking ahead to the October half-term school holiday, event organisers are promising activities to include broomstick and wand making and a light show followed by a family-friendly disco on Friday November 1st
