An award-winning Hampshire chef will cater the Test Valley Business Awards Gala dinner this month.

The event, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary, will feature a three-course meal prepared by McCrimmon & Reid, a nearby catering firm.

Owned by award-winning chef Alan Haughie, McCrimmon & Reid will serve up their dishes at the event on Thursday, October 24 at the Army Flying Museum.

Mr Haughie, who has strong connections with the Test Valley, having grown up in Hampshire, said: "It is a great privilege to provide the catering again for the Test Valley Business Awards.

"We are so fortunate to have an abundance of fantastic local suppliers on our doorstep in the Test Valley, and their produce will help make it an evening to remember."

Mr Haughie returned to the area after learning from the best in the industry and gained the Michelin Guide Pub of the Year award at The Greyhound in Stockbridge before setting up his own business.

Tickets for the dinner and awards ceremony cost £70 plus any applicable Eventbrite fees.

This includes a three-course meal and a welcome drink.
