A concert featuring a range of tunes made for 'a most enjoyable evening.'
Music at HeART, sponsored by WEOS, welcomed guest artist Robert Davies from Mansfield to perform at the White Hart Hotel in Andover.
The concert, which took place on Thursday, September 19, opened with a tune few would have recognised by name but many would have known as the original ITN News theme music.
The rest of Mr Davies' programme required little or no introduction, featuring hits such as Whitney Houston's Saving All My Love For You and The Shadows' Apache and Dance On.
Cilla Black's You're My World and the theme from the film Brassed Off, March of the Cobblers, were also performed.
A Brazilian samba, Mas Que Nada, preceded the Italian song Caruso, before The Carpenters and Petula Clark were remembered with Yesterday Once More and Downtown.
Eye of the Tiger, from the 1982 film Rocky 3, completed the first half.
The concert resumed with the Theme from Love Story and El Bimbo, before If I Never Sing Another Song.
Glenn Miller's Moonlight Serenade came next, followed by two from Gerry and the Pacemakers – Ferry Cross the Mersey and You'll Never Walk Alone.
When You Tell Me That You Love Me by Diana Ross was also performed.
The concert ended with two more – Unforgettable by Nat King Cole and That's What Friends Are For by Dionne Warwick.
The club's next concert takes place at the hotel on Thursday, October 17.
