An Andover drug driver who was more than double the limit has been disqualified.
Harvey Warmington, 19, of Sidmouth Road, pleaded guilty to driving a Vauxhall on Faiview Road in Weyhill when the proportion of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol in his blood was 4.4mg.
The legal limit is 2mg/L.
Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court has banned him from driving for a year.
He should also pay £415 fine, £85 costs and £166 surcharge.
