An Andover teenager who drove a car without licence has been penalised
The girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded guilty to driving a Vauxhall Index on London Road on July 9 without a driving licence.
She neither had a third-party insurance.
Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court endorsed her driving record with six points.
She was also ordered to pay £120 fine, and £48 surcharge.
