A wellness event in Andover will provide taster sessions and talks.

Balance 360 has partnered with Velocity Gym and Kelly’s Aerial Academy for the event, which will take place on Sunday, November 17.

The event will focus on health and wellbeing and offer 20-minute taster sessions in osteopathy and manual therapy, sports massage, medical acupuncture, nutritional therapy and reflexology.

Attendees can also participate in industry talks led by qualified practitioners on various subjects.

Personal trainers from Velocity Gym will be present to offer fitness advice and a free session using the gym's equipment.

Kelly’s Aerial Academy will provide aerial silks and hoop sessions for both adults and children.

All bookings made at Balance 360 on the day will receive a 15 per cent discount.

The event will take place from 10am to 3.45pm at Reason’s HQ site at Unit 2, Parnell Court, East Portway Industrial Estate.
