Residents are being asked to help shape the future of healthcare services across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
The newly formed Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare, an NHS Foundation Trust, is calling on the community to provide feedback on what they believe should be prioritised in the NHS's five-year strategy.
The trust, which was formed on October 1, to deliver community, mental health and learning disability services, has already received valuable feedback over the past two years regarding the hopes and concerns of service users.
Now, the trust wants to know "what matters most" to residents.

Chief of strategy and transformation Alex Heritage said: "We want our strategy to be developed with our service users, their families and carers, as well as our staff, partners and our local communities, so it focuses on the things that matter most.
"We want to hear from as broad and diverse group of people as possible to help us work towards delivering a shared vision for providing outstanding care that supports people on the Isle of Wight to live their best and healthiest lives."
Feedback can be provided via the Shaping our Future Survey, community conversations or email.
Workshops will be held in November to develop a list of priorities.
