A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle and fraudulently using a registration mark/document.
Police pulled the 43-year-old man over at around 10pm on Winchester Street, Whitchurch, last night, Thursday, October 10.
The Nissan Navara pickup truck was found to have been stolen, and the man from Southampton was arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle, using a motor vehicle without third-party insurance and fraudulently using a registration mark/document.
The vehicle was seized at the scene and the man remains in custody.

A spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary said: "A man has been arrested on suspicion of driving a stolen vehicle following a proactive stop in Whitchurch last night.
"Officers on patrol spotted a vehicle which was believed to have been stolen and pulled the driver over on Winchester Street at around 10pm on Thursday 24 October.
"A 43-year-old man from Southampton was arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle, using a motor vehicle without third party insurance and fraudulently using a registration mark / document.
"He remains in custody while our enquiries continue.
"The vehicle, a Nissan Navara, was seized at the scene."
