A new dog care service has been awarded a council grant.
Harley's Hounds, owned by Lucy Maryon, has received a Business Incentive Grant from Test Valley Borough Council.
The grant will help Lucy improve her dog walking and boarding services.
Lucy Maryon said: "Starting my own dog care business has been a lifelong dream and passion for me.
"With this support, I can provide the best care for the dogs by upgrading the equipment and storage for the van crates."
Councillor Zilliah Brooks of Andover Millway Ward said: "I am absolutely delighted to support Lucy in her new venture and wish her every success.
"Our business grants provide a fantastic opportunity to give new businesses the boost they need."
Business Incentive Grants are for new businesses located in Test Valley and you must apply before you start your business.
The council will pay the grant once you have been up and running for a minimum of six months.
