Andover residents can discover new ideas and activities to promote a healthy mind and body at this year’s Winter Wellbeing Fair.
Taking place in the Chantry Centre on Thursday, November 7 from 9am to 12pm, visitors can look forward to meeting friendly representatives from local organisations and finding out more about the services they have to offer.
A collective of local businesses and charities will be present on the day, including Andover Mind, Valley Leisure and Andover Primary Care Network.
Ready with information and advice, they will be sharing helpful guidance about how to keep active and look after yourself with the right nutrition and self care during the colder months.
This is the second Winter Wellbeing Fair to take place in Andover and follows June’s Wellbeing Fair, which saw businesses come together on the High Street to encourage visitors to follow the five ways to wellbeing: to be active, connect, learn, take notice and give.
Organisations in attendance this time will include:
- Andover PCN
- Adult Health
- Andover Mind
- Valley Leisure
- Environment Centre
- Unity and Andover Food Partnership
- Healthier You: NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme & NHS – Path to Remission.
- Andover Library
- Enham Trust
The fair will take place in the central area of the Chantry Centre, outside Holland and Barrett and Frizzles Café.
