It is October which means the days are becoming colder and the nights a lot spookier.
At the end of the month, many of us will be celebrating Halloween, whether that's carving pumpkins, dressing up or enjoying a horror film.
To celebrate the spooky month, we asked our Camera Club members to submit photos for the theme 'Spooky Season'.
From eerie trees and spider webs, the Andover Advertiser Camera Club members got creative with their submissions this month.
It's always tricky to pick just six photos to showcase the best submissions of the month. In no particular order:
- Wayne McGregor shot this spooky spiderweb in a haunting sky
- A dead autumnal shot by Angie Stargeant
- These homeowners need to take care when leaving... by Den Whatley
- Caroline Bruce has been admiring the window shop decorations in Mooch
- Linda Price snapped this haunting tree
- David Willoughby's car is ready for spooky season
Do you have a stunning photo you would like to share with us? You can post it in the camera club's group once you have joined and you might be lucky enough to see your photograph in the paper, or on our social media pages including Facebook and Instagram.
It is free and easy for anyone to join the camera club and a great way to share your amazing photos with others. Simply search for Andover Advertiser Camera Club on Facebook and click to join and you will be free to share with others in the group.
