A fire broke out at Andover War Memorial Hospital on Saturday afternoon, prompting a swift response from firefighters.
The incident occurred on the first floor of the hospital’s office building, with fire crews receiving the emergency call at 4.04pm.
Two fire engines arrived on the scene, and firefighters quickly contained it to a single room.
The fire, which was minor in scale, was soon extinguished.
Crews are currently ventilating the affected area with a fan to clear out any remaining smoke.
A spokesperson for Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service confirmed that no injuries were reported during the incident.
As a precaution, firefighters are currently checking surrounding areas to ensure there has been no spread of the fire to other parts of the building.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation, and a final stop message has yet to be issued.
