A man has been charged with a number of thefts in Andover.
Dean Hutchinson, 35, of Venice Court, Andover, has been charged with theft from a shop and theft of a pedal cycle.
He has also been charged with refusing to provide a sample for a drug test.
It comes after officers received reports that perfume worth £375 was stolen from the Boots store in the Chantry Centre on Thursday 3 October.
Hampshire police also received a report that a sack truck was stolen from outside a property in Calder Court on 22 September and that a bike was stolen outside an address in Picket Twenty on 14 July.
Officers launched an investigation and made an arrest yesterday. Hutchinson has since been charged and is due to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates Court today (5 November).
