Earlier this year, in July, Swim England asked people across the country to nominate individuals or clubs for its wards.
More than 100 nominations were received across various categories.
Each nomination was reviewed by a panel of experts who then selected the finalists.
A spokesperson from Swim England said: "We received more than 100 nominations across all the categories.
"The panel read every nomination and had some difficult decisions to make.
"In the end, we believe we have identified very worthy winners."
All finalists will receive certificates, while the winner in each category will be awarded a trophy.
Category winners will also be entered into the national awards and invited to the National Awards Lunch, taking place in Birmingham later this year.
