Plans have been submitted by the owners of manor house in Quarley, near Andover to build a stable block and dressage area for their horses.
Mr and Mrs Craig Pavelin have applied for a change use of land to equestrian, erect stable building and dressage arena for private use, install sewage package treatment plant, air source heat pump and electric storage battery at Middlecot Manor, Middlecot, Quarley.

The house sits on more than seven acres of land and Mrs Pavelyn and her daughter have stressed to planners that the facility is solely for their private use.
Councillors look set to approve the plans next week, although a conservation report has recommended installing two bat boxes and two bird boxes in proximity of the stables building.
