The former Wilko unit in Andover is set for a dramatic transformation with a charitable trust securing a 12-year lease to turn the vacant building into a vibrant family entertainment centre.
Valley Leisure Ltd, which has been in Andover’s leisure scene for 35 years, is planning to expand its operations by taking over the space.
It is expected to mark a new chapter in the revitalisation of Andover town centre.
Currently, Valley Leisure operates from the second floor of the same building, but as the demand grows for its offering, it will now expand as part of its phased re-development of the whole site.
