Drug possession incident is Andover sparks police appeal

The incident occurred just before 1.20pm on Friday, November 15, in High Street, Andover.

The man is described as being between 5ft 10 and 6ft tall, in his early 20s with curly blond hair and facial hair and was wearing a black top, black jeans and a black Ralph Lauren hooded gilet with white trainers.

Police believe he can help with their investigation and are urging those with information relating to him to come forward.

A spokesperson for Hampshire Constabulary said: "Do you recognise this man?

"We would like to speak to him in connection with our investigation into a drug possession incident on High Street, Andover.

"The incident occurred at approximately 1.18am on Friday 15 November.

"The man we’d like to speak to is described as;

• White
• Approximately 5ft 10ins – 6ft tall
• Early 20s
• Blonde facial hair
• Blonde, curly hair
• Wearing a black top, black jeans, black Ralph Lauren hooded gilet and white trainers

"We believe the man in this image can help us with our investigation and would urge him, or anyone who knows his identity, to get in touch with us.
