A weekend retreat aimed at helping people improve their mental health and personal growth has been described as "life-changing".
The event, held near Glastonbury, was run by Andover-based The Rainbow Room and Energy Matters.
The retreat, which lasted three days, aimed to assist 12 participants in their journey of self-discovery and connection.
This was achieved through a variety of immersive activities in a luxury environment.

The retreat included Breath4Life trauma-release breathwork, sound therapy, drumming circles, sharing sessions and educational workshops.
These activities were intended to create a secure space for reflection and growth.
Louise Kirk, founder of The Rainbow Room, and Adam Weller from Energy Matters, used their expertise to steer participants on a path of self-awareness and healing.
Louise said: "There is such power in group work. When we come together and step away from the constraints of everyday life, profound changes can happen.
"I believe everyone has the potential to improve their mental health when they take the time to focus on themselves in the right environment."
