Castledown FM presenter and DJ Chris Jackson said: "It was great to catch up with the band but very special this year as Rob Robinson helped get me into DJing and presenting as back in the 80s he organised a Television South (TVS) Artswork youth competition at a local nightclub then named Flicks at the Savoy where I experienced my first proper DJ set and loved it ever since."
He added: "Rob and Kev have taught many people to play the guitar in the area and we are lucky to have them in our community."
Nokando will also be performing at The Lights on January 10.
The band will be performing some of their favourite 80s songs.
