Venture currently protects more than 400 customer sites located across Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset and Dorset, including Stonehenge, Salisbury and Newbury Racecourses, and The Roman Baths.

The company’s most popular services include mobile security patrols, static guarding, and key holding and alarm response. Following growing demand, the company also recently expanded its offering with the launch of remote CCTV monitoring, delivered by specialist operators based at the company’s purpose-built operations centre in Andover.

Paul Howe, MD and founder of Venture Security, said: "Celebrating our 18th birthday is a huge milestone and I’m so grateful to our amazing customers who continue to put their trust in us, as well as our growing team, who are out there making a difference every single day.

"We’re committed to investing in our team, technology and processes, which together enable us to continually raise the bar for our customers.

"The creation of our new operations centre and the launch of our real-time video surveillance monitoring service is just the latest example of this, further adding to the many ways we are helping keep people, property and assets safe."

Working with both private and public sector organisations, Venture’s customers range from small businesses to events organisers, and many household names, including Stannah Group, Salisbury and Winchester Cathedrals, Simplyhealth, Wiltshire Council and Help for Heroes.

Venture’s officers can also be spotted in action in towns and city centres across the region where they support local councils and Business Improvement Districts (BIDs), to help tackle anti-social behaviour.

Paul added: "I’m extremely proud of what we’ve achieved to date. We have a strong team and the systems and processes in place that we need to scale up even further."
