The plot will be auctioned by Clive Emson Auctioneers in December, with a guide price of £150,000 to £160,000.
Michael Marchant, a senior auction appraiser in Hampshire, said: "Village sites like this tend to attract keen interest, including from nearby residents who may wish to retain the land as it is."
The auction, which is the last of eight this year by Clive Emson Auctioneers, will be live from Monday, December 9 and conclude on Wednesday, December 11.
