Hampshire Hospitals Charity has created an Amazon Wishlist to make it easier for people to donate gifts to patients spending Christmas in hospital.
The community's generosity has impressed hospital staff in previous years, and this year the charity, in collaboration with ward teams, has put together a list of gift ideas for people to choose from.
Morgan Hughes, a fundraising assistant at the charity, said: "Local people are incredibly generous at this time of year, and we wanted to help them by sharing gift ideas that we know will be useful to those who are spending the festive period with us.

"While we know everyone is managing a budget, if you do find that you have space in your basket for one more item, I know our patients would be incredibly grateful."
People can purchase gifts by visiting the charity's website, selecting their chosen items from the wishlist, and paying for them.
These will then be wrapped and handed out to patients on Christmas Day.
The charity is asking for donations to be purchased by Monday, December 16 to ensure they are received in time.
