SARAH Andrew from Andover believes only licensed parties should be able to obtain fireworks as too many youngsters can get hold of them.

“I live near a park and you hear kids letting them off,” she said.

“But I do enjoy them. My mum is going to have a party and we’re going to go there.”

Sarah admitted being very protective of her daughter and she will not let her hold a sparkler.
