TONY Clarke, from Ludgershall, thinks Prince Charles would be a radical King for Great Britain as he has very outspoken views.

“I think it would encourage discussions about things he passionately believes in,” he said. “If it came to it I wouldn’t be averse to the Queen stepping aside for him to take the throne and have her act as a ‘mother superior’ or something like that.”
