“I THINK he would make a good King,” said Peter Hughes, from Stockbridge, who believes Prince Charles has been around long enough to know what works and what doesn’t.

“He certainly has some radical views on the environment and I think they would be welcome.”

Peter doesn’t think the Prince of Wales could become too old for the throne.

“At whatever age I don’t think Charles would make a really bad king and would probably provide a seamless transition.”
