MOTHER-OF-ONE Bobbie-Lee Lawrence from And-over said she sees little benefit from the Government gesture and the only people who will benefit are those who can afford it.
“No one can really afford things because of all the prices going up,” she said.
She believes the Govern-ment should have done more to assist the average shopper.
“I have got my little boy to look after,” she added.
