TEST Valley Borough Council will continue with its strategy of business support despite the credit crunch, according to economic development officer David Gleave.
Mr Gleave said: “Smaller district councils like Test Valley are best placed to help smaller businesses, particularly start-ups.”
The council has agreed to turn around invoices from small or medium-sized businesses within 10 working days, help with courses, offer business start up grants, retailing advice and rate relief.
