POLICE have asked for help in tracking down a serial flasher who has targeted women in the Andover bus station area on five occasions since June.
The latest incident happened last Friday shortly before 12.30pm as a 20-year-old woman was standing in a shelter waiting for a bus to go home.
A man opened a fire exit door leading from the multi-storey car park and exposed himself to her.
She does not know how long he was there because she turned away when she realised what was happening.
He is described as being white with a slight tan, possibly of eastern Mediterranean origin, in his late 20s to early 30s, 5ft 8in to 5ft 9in, of “large build bordering on fat”.
The man had very short, black spiky hair and black bushy eyebrows. He wore a black fleece top and dark green jogging bottoms.
A police spokesman said this was the fifth similar incident since June in the same location and with a similar description and he added that investigating officers were linking them.
He added that there had been a number of people in the area at the time and he asked witnesses to contact police on 0845 045 4545.
