In 1982 the Sir Galahad was destroyed in Bluff Cove off the Falkland Islands.
On board was Simon Weston, Welsh Guardsman, a name and a face that was to become well-known for his struggle to overcome the terrible injuries he sustained on that day.
He suffered 46 per cent burns but his message is one of achievement, triumph over adversity, seizing the moment and succeeding.
He tells his story with humour and enthusiasm.
