STOCKBRIDGE Amateur Dramatic Society will be staging classic farce Noel Coward Blithe Spirit in the newly refurbished Town Hall from 28-30 January at 7.30pm.
What happens when an author and his wife inadvertently summon the ghost of his first wife? Chaos ensues, naturally!
Mark Frank, the play's director, said: "We wanted to put on Blithe Spirit because it's a brilliant play and I believe we've got the actors and the backstage skills to do it really, really well.
"With just seven characters and one set Blithe Spirit may look like an easy play to perform but Noel Coward's finely-tuned script requires skilled acting and whenever you're dealing with ghosts you have some technical challenges to face."
Tickets costing £6 for the 28 January performance and £7.50 for the second and third are available from Leckford Shop, John Robinson Butchers and The Garden Inn in Stockbridge and King's Somborne Cross Stores.
