Andover Bowls Club took to the green on March 19 for the final, playing for first or second place against Fleming Park A.
Andover were never behind in their game and won the game convincingly by 44 shots to 22. The Andover team, under the close eye of Ladies Captain Cynthia, did very well, particularly as some of the regular top bowlers were away on a bowls tour.
The Andover Bowls club is a mixed outdoor lawn bowling club, which is based at the Vigo Road Recreation ground in Andover. Competitive and recreational games are played, and anyone is welcome to join.
