ANDOVER'S swim squad, consisting of 24 talented athletes, made waves at the recent last-chance open meet in Hart.
The competition, featuring local squads, proved to be a resounding success for Andover as they clinched an impressive haul of 55 medals.
The squad showcased their commitment and determination with a staggering 32 personal bests achieved during the event.
Among the standout performances was the remarkable feat of the youngest swimmer, a nine-year-old prodigy who clinched an astounding four gold medals.

Adding to their recent triumphs, Andover's swim squad celebrated victory in the Rother League, a fiercely contested competition held over three galas within Hampshire and its surrounding areas.
Emerging triumphant in two out of three competitions, Andover secured the cup for the west division.
Their competition included formidable opponents such as Basingstoke, Gosport, Bassett, Sea Close of the Isle of Wight, Winchester, and Romsey & Totton.
The squad now gear up for one more open meet before Christmas before the eagerly anticipated Counties competitions scheduled for January next year.
With 25 swimmers already qualified for Counties, Andover is poised for another remarkable showing in 2024.
