Test Valley teenagers Sam Ashman and Rory Wooster powered Hampshire Academy to secure an unbeaten leadership in the ECB Southern Premier League.
The duo's consistent performance led to a notable 134-run victory over Bashley (Rydal). Ashman celebrated his maiden Academy century by scoring 101, striking a six and 11 fours before handing over to Wooster.
On his debut, Wooster struck ten boundaries in an unbeaten 80, sharing an unbroken century partnership with Eddie Jack, bringing the Academy's total to 288-4.
In contrast, Bashley were dismissed for 154.
