Soton Arms U17 4 Upper Clatford U17 1.
Southampton Arms continued their unbeaten run, now at five games, with a strong win.
After a scrappy first quarter Kris Cumberbatch made it 1-0 at half-time. Keeper Luke Robinson kept Arms ahead with a fine point blank save early in the second half then a long throw from Ollie Batchem set up Louis Attrill header to make it 2-0. Man of the match Jack Temple-Scotten made it 3-0 before Clatford pulled one back but Attrill completed his brace with ten minutes left.
Andover New St U16 2 Tidworth Royals U16 1.
THE teams finally got to play this local derby and it was worth the wait. A highly contested fixture saw New Street take the lead when a Will Emerson corner sneaked in at the front post, and both teams played some good football on a boggy pitch. Street went two up when Josh Devlin struck and there could have been more but for both goalkeepers.
Tidworth got a goal back to set up a frantic last few minutes but Street held firm.
