NORTH, East, South and West . . . Newbury, Basingstoke, Winchester and Salisbury . . . . wherever you check, it's the same story.
Andover's motorists continue to receive poor treatment!
With the recent reduction in fuel prices, attention from the town's disadvantaged situation may have been somewhat diverted.
A visit to the website www.petrolprices.com clearly paints the picture - indeed, when I checked on 19 January, the price being charged by Tesco Andover for unleaded petrol was 86.9p per litre, whereas in each of the other four locations the Tesco price was 83.9p per litre.
What is so special about Andover, apart from the fact that we, the motorists, are all being taken for mugs?
Even in the current economic climate, we are expected to suffer in silence!
